McLane is proud to celebrate recent recognitions by our valued restaurant partners for exceptional performances. 

McLane Taylorville was named DC of the Year by Burger King’s purchasing agent, RSI, for the second consecutive year Taylorville’s recognition highlights its excellence across key performance indicators including response time, customer service, staffing, communication, and operational accuracy. Competing among 28 distribution centers in RSI’s network, Taylorville consistently stood out for its top-tier performance. McLane’s partnership with Burger King spans 20 years, and we are honored for the recognition from our valued customer. 

McLane celebrated its long-standing partnership with Chick-fil-A during Driver Appreciation Week in September. Andrew Kennan, a driver at McLane Sumner was named National Driver of the Year by Chick-fil-A. Andrew has been a dedicated McLane driver for 13 years. In addition to his near perfect delivery metrics, and outstanding record of customer service he has driven more than 1.5 million miles in his career, and more than 14,000 miles delivering to Chick-fil-A restaurants across the Pacific Northwest in 2024.  

During Driver Appreciation Week, CFA organized a week-long appreciation event for McLane’s teammates at eight of our distribution centers—Houston, Lockbourne, Macon, Manteca, Memphis, Oklahoma City, Riverside and Sumner. Providing meals and gifts.

McLane delivers to more than 650 Chick-fil-A locations nationwide and will celebrate 25 years of partnership in 2025. We are grateful for their recognition in celebrating our teammates, and proud to serve as their distribution partner.
